山楂蘋果梳打 Hawthorn Apple Soda

 


材料:

乾山楂 25克

艾菲蘋果 2個

清水 1.8公升

陳皮 1角

增城黑蔗糖 1片(60克)



做法:

1 山楂及陳皮,沖洗2-3次,用清水浸15分鐘

2 蘋果去皮,挖走核和芯,切成件

3 浸好的陳皮、山楂及蘋果肉,放入1.8升清水

4 開大火煲至水滾起,轉中火煲40分鐘

5 熄火前5分鐘放入黑蔗糖

6 熄火後不要打開煲蓋,焗20分鐘

7 可以室溫飲用,或雪凍後加入梳打水製作有汽飲品

Dried Hawthorn Fruit 25 g

Envy Apple 2 pcs

Water 1.8 liters

Dried Tangerine Peel 1 pc

Dark Brown Cane sugar 1 piece (60g)



Steps:

1 Hawthorn and tangerine peel, rinse 2-3 times, soak in water for 15 minutes

2 Apples, peeled and cored, cut into pieces

3 Soaked tangerine peel, hawthorn and apple chunks, put in 1.8 liters of water

4 Cook on high heat until the water boils, turn to medium heat and cook for 40 minutes

5 Add dark brown cane sugar 5 minutes before turning off the heat

6 Do not open the lid after turning off the heat, allow the residual heat to simmer for 20 minutes

7 Drink it at room temperature, or add soda water after storing in fridge to make a sparkling drink
